User Story #2 use case
Story 2, "Employee needs to know 'Who knows what?'" is one of six created for the People product.
■ The use case demonstrates how a People product would work within an integrated product ecosystem.
■ The format is standardized and highly visual for easy skimming.
Personas
Identify business roles and levels across the enterprise and humanize them with rich visuals, motivations, tools and pain points.
■ The personas interleave across products — Search, People, Credentials, Portal and Collaboration — to reflect holistic cohesiveness of an integrated platform.
Storyboard step 1
Journeys describing essential tasks were created for all products.
■ Each step is laid out as an individual slide and begins with a scenario to orient and explain context.
■ Step 1 states his actions.
■ The purple box highlights product capabilities used.
■ Mobile and Desktop views depict the product capabilities.
■ Tools used: PowerPoint was used to establish the overall look, and Balsamiq UI was selected to convey a loose, conceptual feel.

■ The persona prospects for employees using the People and Search products.Storyboard step 3
■ The persona discovers and selects the second persona using key capabilities of the People and Search products.Storyboard step 4
